setback

okay, so i had tried this diet called denmark diet but i stopped at day 2. 
well, i know that's a very very short period of time. 
i'm not going to say any further about that part. 
but what comes after that bothers me. 
i just realized that when i stopped that diet, i gained more weight.
i'm like 0.0
honestly, my eating habit is just normal. 
but i gain more fats.
that was kinda sad. 
really sad.
but then, i've read several blogs and tumblr about going through the diet process.
well, food diet, i guess, does have that kind of effect to your body.
and she was really sad about did. 
i guess i'll be noting that. 
now i just have to start exercising back. 
my whole semester break's effort.....
