I noticed.

I noticed that these people did their part. They changed the routes, they placed new posters, they provide pamphlets, they painted the poles and  did small gestures of improvement.
These acts, these deeds were (maybe) distractions of the higher legislation to obliterate its people from the increment of ticket fares.
