Denmark Diet

Tomorrow marks the day where I'll be having the biggest fight with myself. I'm going to try the Denmark Diet and i do need to keep a journal on how i feel as i went along the diet so i'll be writing them here..
So, here's the thing about Denmark Dieting.


"This diet was planned by the Denmark state hospital and it concentrates on keeping the foods you eat to have high protein, low fat and low cholesterol. you are expected to exercise while doing this diet "

and some of the korean star went through this diet because even if you don't exercise, you will lose wait and that this diet could help with the cleansing and restart your metabolism. It does sounds cool to me and i want to try it. This diet is a 14days diet where you have to follow the menu's given which mostly contain of eating boiled eggs,fruits,vegetables, and some meat and chicken breast. 
But, it is said that you are not allowed to have any seasonings for any of the meal or your drinks. =.=" 


i have to say my goodbyes to the ketchup, bbq sauce, thousand island. omg, this is sad. and mostly, SUGAR. fine fine fine fine. just for this two weeks i might have listen to you.. XD so here's the menu!

  • All the meat/fish can be substitute with chicken breast, so is the banana with the toast.
  • In order to get the maximum effect of diet you would have to follow exactly as laid out here, no substitution on anything unless noted.
  • Another important thing is you would not be able to put in anything for flavor, that means no salt or pepper or anything that will enhance the taste of anything. So, yes it will be pretty bland!
  • The meat will either have to be steamed or baked. NOTHING FRIED!
  • You would have to exercise! With exercise, you can minimize yoyo dieting, and plus have a more toned up body then a diet plan alone.
  • The coffee can be substitute with tea. 
  • The grapefruit can be substitute with any citrus fruit. orange would be nice.

and so, i'll be starting tomorrow.. i'm quite nervous though because the meal will be blunt and my eating habits are kinda full of flavour so i don't know how long i'll survive with this but i really do hope i could continue it until the end since i'm the kind of person who has no patience and wanted a fast way to lose weight, i'm resulting to this..
